This course is tailored for Grade 8 students following the international math curriculum, including the Cambridge International Education (CIE) and the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP). Course Overview & Highlights
Our Mathematics Foundation for International Curricula is a year-long, skill-building programme designed specifically for middle-school learners who aspire to excel in MYP and IGCSE mathematics—and beyond. Through carefully sequenced modules in Number, Algebra, Functions, Geometry, Trigonometry, Statistics and Probability, students will develop deep conceptual understanding and sharpen their problem-solving, analytical and communication skills. Hands-on modelling and investigation tasks encourage real-world application, while regular use of GeoGebra and Desmos brings abstract ideas to life and empowers students to explore, conjecture and verify independently. By the end of this course, every participant will have a strong, confidence-boosting foundation to tackle the rigour of higher-level programmes such as IBDP and A-Level, equipped not only with procedural fluency but also with the critical thinking mindset of a true mathematician.
